All reservations and agreements are made upon and subject to the rule sand regulation of Fagundes Meats & Catering, Inc. The facility site contract or agreement may vary for Fagundes’ and the client may be required to comply with terms and conditions as such on a separate agreement.
Fagundes Meats & Catering requires a guaranteed number of attendances on all meal function, ten (10) working days prior to scheduled event; otherwise, the original number of persons will be used for billing. This number is due by 12:00 p.m. And will be considered the guarantee and not subject to reductions. Fagundes Meats & Catering cannot be responsible for identical services to more than 5% over the guarantee.
All menu prices are subject to a 25% service charge and applicable sales tax. In accordance with California Regulation Taxable Sales of Food Products, all service charges are subject to sales tax.
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 and a signed contract are required to confirm your reservation. If the contract is not returned to us within the required date on the contract, the date will be released and the previous negotiations will expire. The required deposit of 50% of the estimated balance due will be required 90 days prior to your event date. Final payment (see guarantees). A separate deposit and payments will be required for the facility rental and additional charges and are paid directly to the facility.
No food may be brought onto or taken form the event site by patrons or their guests (wedding cake tops are excluded) without a written food waiver signed by both Fagundes and the contracted party. Fagundes Meats & Catering reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage services and card all guests appearing to be under the age of 30 years. In addition, Fagundes Meats & Catering maintains the right to end all alcoholic beverage services one ½ hour before the contracted end time of every catered event.
A minimum of $12.00 per person for food is required for all catered events with 20 or more persons in attendance. The prices herein are subject to increase. The patron grants the right of Fagundes Meats & Catering to increase such prices and or make reasonable food or beverage substitutions.
Fagundes Meats & Catering will not be responsible for inclement weather conditions. Decisions for ten rentals or other site modifications must be approved by the facility.
Each event space will have its own requirements for attendance according to
days, times, and seasons. Certain peak periods (i.e. December, May, June, July,
August and September) will have minimum guest requirements due to the high demand
for these seasons.
Cancellation Policy
All events are considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit. In the event that you need to cancel you event, Fagundes Meats & Catering will retain all deposit toward future booked events if we are unable to rebook your confirmed date.
It is the responsibility for the costs associated with damage or loss of any personal or business items (i.e. linen, china, etc.) brought onto the premise by patron, guest or contracted service persons prior to, during or following contracted event. This will also apply the event patron requests Fagundes Meats to use personal service ware at a residence. All items left at the function (linen, beverage containers, etc.) are to be returned to Fagundes Meats & Catering within 3 days of the completion of the event.
Officers, directors and employees of Fagundes Meats & Catering shall not be responsible for, and the patron, group or organization waives the rights to action against and agrees to hold harmless, the officers, directors and employees of Fagundes Meats & Catering for any liability claims, damages and or losses resulting from injury to or death sustained by any employee, member participant or guest or the group or organization, damage to the personal property of any of them is such injury, death or damage is caused by the active negligence of the group or organization or its members, participants or guests.
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Fagundes Meats & Catering, Inc. to complete the same and is subject to accidents, restrictions upon travel, transportation, foods, beverages or supplies, and any other cause, whether enumerated here in or not, beyond control of management preventing or interfering with performance.
Fagundes Meats & Catering, Inc. requires a credit card to be on file for
all events. Any outstanding balance not collected at the conclusion of the event
will be charged to the credit card on file.
